Back in TX as of last night. Almost time to begin another 365.

Christmas day, almost over.

Home, enough said

Settled in and such...ended up having delays at Abilene & Dallas. Even better, very "smart" flight lady person decided to try and serve drinks during turbulence. It was definitely not a good idea to mix liquid with a bouncing plane. What was the end result, me looking like I wet myself. Thx a ton flight lady. Next time I'll take my orange juice in a bottle.

Next, Chilis meeting tomorrow with some people, then rockclimb planning.

Zero delays please

So I'm sitting in the airport here in Abilene awaiting the flight to Dallas then on to Charlotte. This rain better not have a bigger effect than it is already of 30 minutes I'm hoping. Ronnie, thanks for running me over to the airport. Kathy, thanks for the ammunition I received for everyone to be jealous of on the plane. Chocolate is definitely better than on-flight meals.

Since I didn't have internet over the weekend because of me & Casey moving to a house, now I'm borrowing the airport's internet. We now have a front and backyard, an extremely tall fence, and a Walgreens right across the street. W00t!

Time almost there

Had another good weekend. Bring on the Christmas time!

The holidays as well as the non-holidays are not the same

The 14 hour days are over for this week, and definitely looking forward to this weekend. I'll be back in NC on the 19th around midnight in good ol' Charlotte. The tradition of shooting small firearms on ThxGiving & Christmas in the backyard with the family will be a little different this year I'm thinking. We'll see. In the meantime, the Christmas shopping needs to start.

ThxGiving(the gormandizer holiday) was great but was a huge blur. However, 2 weeks from now and I'll be back in NC for another week. This time, I'm flying back because the drive earlier was just too long & boring(plus there usually aren't any cute flight attendants in car rides). See everyone in 2 weeks.
