Big work relief to mask real life

So since I've been back from NC for a couple weeks, I'm glad I've had things to occupy my time instead of wanting to finish some time up in Charlotte. Today, me & Ronnie had a big relief at work finishing up something that was making everyone scratch their heads. We have been running around for the past week thinking of what to do since the manufacturer didn't know what to do. It's done for now, hopefully.

Sorta like starting over again

So yea I am back in Abilene. Weird right? It was supposed to be the 18th when I come back, but there were some complications with the company conference that ended it quickly. Guys & girls glad to see some of you with the short time...I hope to come back a couple times in the next 6 months to finish up that week and more.

Good to have tar on my heels once again

So I arrived in Charlotte around 4pm after a flight delay in Abilene. Yea, apparently they needed to perform a "wing replacement" on the plane that was suppose to fly me to Dallas. After an hour & a half delay, I made to Dallas. It's ok though, at least I made it here. Once out of the airport, the humidity hit me when the doors opened...definitely was not used to that. Even in Texas when it's 100 it's not all that bad. I'm going to try to make time see all you important people that notice old Cress is back in town. Other than that, I'm here until Sunday 3pm. Charlie, nice 50 cent pinata...what a buy! Thank you mom for the fruit bowl/chocolate thing. Now I can eat.

One week left until I'm packing to head back to NC for a week.

Definitely looking forward to the big weekend with the holiday on Monday. Two weeks from now I'll be packing up to head back to the "Yankee" Carolina state as Ronnie would say.

The time is flying, good & bad

Yesterday marks the first match of us guys in DBAD in the CAL-league. And yes it was a win. Dave, sorry you had to miss it and I hope you enjoyed the camp school. You better be back soon to grab the AK again for some mean action.

Things are set for me heading back to North Carolina very soon. From June 11-18th I'll be in & around the Charlotte area on a business trip. I'm quite glad my company is based out of Charlotte. It's a double positive if you ask me.

Good Start, Let's Go

Even though it is Monday today, it's a good Monday. The reason why is that I have moved my max on DeadLift up to 450 pounds. Yes Dustin, the bar did go all the way up and my back was arched completely. Only 50 pounds more until victory is won. Slow but sure steps...
