This past weekend, I took the final look at three houses that made it past all other listings. Afterwords, I made an offer on the house, we agreed on some terms, and now the process starts with an overabundance of paperwork. So, hopefully in just four weeks I'll be done with renting and living in a house that I can tear up, fix, and do whatever. It's nifty.

Homeowner, almost!

I've enjoyed seeing it in & out, finally a lot of room so friends won't have to sit on the floor too. You'll see it soon enough when you guys drop by.
